We deliver to the UK only.
Delivery within 1-3 business days at £6.99 (mainland), by DHL. You will receive the tracking number as soon as your order is prepared and can track it on the DHL website. For orders over £100, delivery is free of charge.
Northern Ireland: Different charges apply for Northern Ireland at £16.99. Delivery with 1-3 business days. For orders over £150, delivery is free of charge.
Scottish offshore Islands and Channel Islands: We can only deliver to the Scottish offshore Islands and Channel Islands, if you send your order with an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Delivery with 1-3 business days. Devlivery charges are £20.99. For orders over £200, delivery is free of charge.
We always pack and send our articles with the utmost care. If you do notice a damaged or wrongly delivered article, you can return the article to us at any time within 14 days from delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Is a product damaged or did we deliver the wrong product?
Please contact us immediately* via email@example.com with your name, order number and a picture of the damaged/wrong product. Our team will contact you the next working day and do everything possible to resolve this issue. We will refund the cost of the article or send you the correct or new item.
* 15 days after receiving the products at the latest
How do I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your product, then you are entitled to return it to us within 14 days. Please contact our customer services department at firstname.lastname@example.org who can arrange for your goods to be sent back to us.
If you are to receive a refund, we will pay it to you, in the same manner, you paid for your order. If we are unable to do this, we will contact you.
Terms of Return
Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. BACK2ROOTS GROUP LTD is not responsible for damage or loss of the products on their way back to us. Traceable shipment is recommended.
